Apply online.

Upload your rental application and documents here. It takes a few minutes and you don’t need an account. Everything goes straight to the CAEEDAR leasing team.

Download the rental application (PDF) and fill it in on your computer, or print it and take clear photos of each page.
Only the completed application is needed to apply. Proof of income and photo ID are optional for now, but we’ll need them before your application can be approved, so add them now if you have them.
Fill in the form and submit. You’ll get a confirmation email.
